Delete your account

Last updated September 2, 2026

If you can still sign in

The quickest way is in the app: open Settings and choose Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm, and the deletion starts straight away.

If you are a trainer or a gym owner, that button sends us a request instead of deleting immediately. Removing you affects your gym's staff, workouts and clients, so a person checks it with you first.

If you cannot sign in

Use the form below. We will email you to confirm it is really you before anything is removed — otherwise anyone could delete someone else's account just by typing their address.

What happens

  • Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, emergency contact, goals, injury history, training preferences, notification settings and saved devices are permanently removed.
  • Records of sessions you attended and invoices or payments are kept, with your personal details removed, because your gym needs them for its own business and tax records.
  • If you signed a liability waiver, that signed waiver is kept as it was signed — including the name on it — because it is a legal document your gym relies on.
  • Your sign-in is deleted, so the account cannot be used again.

For a client account, deletion happens seven days after you ask, so there is time to change your mind. You are signed out immediately and cannot sign in again during those seven days. To stop it, email support@kinarafit.com before the seven days are up.

If you train at more than one gym, deleting your account removes you from all of them. If you only want to leave one, ask that gym to remove you instead and your other gyms are unaffected.
